NC State returned to the practice floor on Monday, and as many were quick to notice, D.J. Funderburk was in attendance. Funderburk still hasn’t removed his name from the 2020 NBA Draft, but the fact that he’s in Raleigh for workouts with the rest of the squad seems like a good sign for the Wolfpack.
Also, I haven’t seen anything official about testing within the basketball program, but these workouts at least imply good news since anyone participating here would have to be coronavirus-free. All five freshmen made it safely to campus—Kevin Keatts spotlighted them on Instagram today—so that’s encouraging.
