Kevin Keatts system is set to be on full display this season.
After a year of tweaking his system to fit the returning players, the Pack is about to go all-in on the run and gun style that he brought from UNCW.
For the system to succeed, Keatts doesn’t need just talent, he needs a motivated group in the best shape of their lives. The problem with that is that most kids coming out of high school haven’t been conditioned the way this system needs them to be.
Getting them into game shape is not just the coaches job, it’s also the job of the strength and conditioning staff and keeping them at that level requires a very good medical training staff.
