NC State Senior Point Guard Markell Johnson logged the 4th Triple-Double in NC State history last night in the Wolfpack’s 83-63 victory over The Citadel, with 11 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists. The only two other players to wear a Wolfpack uniform and complete the feat were Dennis Smith Jr. and Julius Hodge, with DSJ doing it twice, and the Juice doing it once.
Johnson is the first player in the ACC to record a Triple-Double this year, and only the 27th player ever to do so in the history of the conference (33 total triple-doubles).
