247Sports ranks Franklin as the #4 overall Junior College player in the 2026 recruiting class.
Franklin has an official visit scheduled with Oklahoma State for this weekend, and cancelled one with Iowa State for this past weekend.
He picked up an offer from NC State on June 9th.
Coming out of Riverdale High School (LA), Franklin held offers from Boston College, South Carolina, TCU, Maryland, Oregon State, Auburn, Washington, West Virginia, Michigan, Michigan State, USC, Kentucky, Colorado, Nebraska, Ohio State, Miami, Georgia Tech, and others.
