Former NC State Quarterback Jacoby Brissett Broke the NFL Record for Completions in a Game

This past Sunday, former NC State Quarterback Jacoby Brissett broke the NFL record for completions in a single game.

Brissett chucked the ball an absurd 57 times, completing 47 of them for 452 yards and 2 touchdowns (2 interceptions) in the Cardinals’ 41-22 loss to the 49ers.

Brissett signed a 2 year $12.5 million contract with Arizona this past offseason to be the backup to Kyler Murray. After Murray went down with an injury, Jacoby has started the past 5 games.

On the year, Brissett has completed 66.7% of his passes for 1,570 yards and 10 touchdowns (3 interceptions).
