Delaware was the first team to offer Evans after the Portal opened up, extending an offer on December 7th. He also picked up offers from New Mexico, Albany, Towson, and Austin Peay.
In 2023, Evans didn’t play a single snap for NC State. In 2021, he played 3 games on Special Teams.
