NC State head coach Dave Doeren talked about a variety of topics on his weekly radio show, but most notable was what he had to say about Redshirt Freshman Quarterback Devin Leary.
While Doeren didn’t come out and name Leary the starter for the Wolfpack against Wake Forest next Saturday, he did praise the young quarterback for his arm and his ability to not get rattled.
“It’s been an interesting year. Devin was the furthest behind mentally. He came and asked “what can I do,’ and I gave him the specifics and he went to work on it.
