D1Baseball has released their 2024 College Preseason All-American teams, and 2 NC State players were included.
Junior Catcher Jacob Cozart was named to the 2nd Team. Last season, Cozart batted .301, hit 10 home runs, and knocked in 42 RBI’s. His OPS was .938. Cozart was named 2nd Team All-ACC last season.
Sophomore Dominic Fritton posted an ERA of 3.59 as a Freshman last season, striking out 75 batters in 62.2 innings. Opponents batted .210 against him. Last year, Fritton was named to the ACC’s All-Freshman team, and was named a 1st Team Freshman All-American by D1Baseball.
