One of North Carolina State’s top offensive players could be held out of Saturday’s match-up with Louisville following an arrest on Tuesday evening.

Shadrack Thornton, a 6-foot-1, 208-pound, senior running back was arrested after being in a moped accident and injuring a pedestrian.

Thornton was charged with misdemeanors for failing to stop and render aid and failing to provide information after his moped hit a pedestrian about 9:30 p.m. in Raleigh, according to The (Raleigh) News & Observer.
