Last night NC State confusingly opened as 2-point favorites over #14 West Virginia, but Vegas has reconvened, and the Mountaineers are now 4-point favorites.
Interestingly, OddShark is sticking to their guns, and their recommendation is that people place their bets on the Wolfpack, because they predict they will win and cover the spread.
Both teams are 2-0 heading into Week 3, but West Virginia is 2-0 against the spread, and NC State is 1-1.
The Wolfpack were 14-point favorites over James Madison in the season opener, and they only won by 11 (24-13).
