Former NC State Guard C.J. Williams has been called back up from the G-League to the NBA, and will be with the Clippers on Tuesday night.
Williams just wrapped up the season finale for the Agua Caliente Clippers of Ontario (the G-League affiliate of the Los Angeles Clippers).
To say that C.J. finished the season on fire would be an understatement. In the final three regular season games with Agua Caliente, Williams went on a scoring explosion, dropping 35 (9 threes), 20 (4 threes) and 36 (6 threes).
Williams is a two-way player, meaning he is under contract to play for the Clippers G-League affiliate, and is guaranteed time with the Clippers NBA squad.
