Former NC State guard Trevor Lacey was signed by the Bucks 5 days ago, and was released 3 days later.

I’m pretty sure there was never a chance that Lacey was making the team. Lacey was likely signed to a Training Camp deal. It will be interesting to see if the Bucks sign Lacey to be on their G-League affiliate team.
Lacey played the past 4 seasons overseas after leaving Raleigh. He played his first two seasons professionally in Italy, and the past two years in Russia for Lokomotiv Kuban.
