NC State picked up an after-hours commitment on Tuesday, as Florida athlete Caden Fordham announced his verbal to the Wolfpack around 10:30 p.m. Get to sleep, son! If you don’t have your sleep, you don’t have your health! Also it is inconvenient for me, a blogger, when a commit happens this late, and of course it’s all about me.
Anyway, Fordham is a consensus three-star prospect who at 6’2, 220 could end up at safety or (probably more likely) linebacker in college. He’s listed as a safety prospect by 247Sports.
Fordham picked NC State over Louisville, and also holds offers from Miami, Georgia Tech, West Virginia, and Wake Forest, among others.
