Ok folks, it looks like it’s happening. I know we were hit with a false alarm or a late change of plans a week ago, but according to Inside Carolina, which is probably your most connected Tar Heel site on the web, the NCAA is finally releasing the infractions report tomorrow.

The funny thing is, reports were that UNC wanted the release moved from last week because they had a fundraiser the night it was going to come out.
