Yesterday NC State offered a scholarship to 2016 3-star (247) Wide Receiver Andrew Parchment. He committed to Cincinnati back on May 20th, but that hasn’t stopped the Wolfpack and a few other schools from continuing to recruit him. I caught up with Parchment last night to get his take on what the NC State offer means to him, and he says that it means a lot.
“The offer means a lot. It’s one of my biggest offers,” said Parchment. “Coach McDonald and I get a long great. NC State has been recruiting me since the beginning of the Spring.
