ESPN and ON3 both rank Howard as a 4-Star prospect, and both rank him as a Top-200 overall player nationally in the 2025 recruiting class. ESPN ranks him 181st and ON3 ranks him 199th. They both rank him as the #5 overall player in the state of Maryland in the 2025 recruiting class.
