Berrouet is familiar with Wolfpack head coach Will Wade, who offered him a scholarship when he was the head coach at McNeese State back on August 24th last fall. He also holds offers from SMU, Arizona State, and Pepperdine.
Berrouet plays for McKinney High School in McKinney, Texas. Wade had strong recruiting ties in the state of Texas while at McNeese, and he is carrying that over to NC State.
