2020 Summer Olympics: Recapping how NC State athletes fared in Tokyo

There are a handful of days left in the Tokyo Summer Olympics, but the athletes representing NC State have all finished their respective competitions. A dozen athletes represented the Pack at these Games, and two of ‘em won medals.

For the United States, NC State rifle team alum Lucas Kozeniesky won silver in the 10m air rifle mixed team event. Track alum Gabbi Cunningham reached the finals of the 100m hurdles event, where she finished seventh.

Softball alum Taty Forbes played for Mexico, which lost in the bronze medal game to Canada, 3-2.

The rest of the Pack’s reps were swimmers.
