The Internet of Things (IoT) has been rapidly growing over the past few years, with an estimated 20 billion connected devices worldwide. As the number of IoT devices continues to increase, so does the demand for reliable and efficient connectivity. One solution to this problem is satellite IoT connectivity, which offers global coverage and can reach remote areas where traditional cellular networks are not available.
Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellites are emerging as a promising technology for satellite IoT connectivity. Unlike traditional geostationary satellites, LEO satellites orbit much closer to the Earth, at an altitude of around 1,200 km.
