Dallas Stars General Manager Jim Nill announced today that the club has signed forward Rhett Gardner to a two-year contract, which will run through the 2022-23 season. The two-year contract, which is two-way for the 2021-22 season and one-way for the 2022-23 season, is worth $1.5 million, with an average annual value (AAV) of $750,000.
Gardner, 25, made his NHL debut in the 2019-20 season and recorded no points in eight games.
