A Quebec City group has advanced to the third and what's expected to be final stage of the NHL's expansion bidding process.
Montreal-based communications giant Quebecor announced the development on its Twitter account Friday.
A person familiar with the process told The Associated Press that the third stage involves the NHL reviewing the company's business plan and revenue projections.
