Artificial intelligence (AI) has revolutionized many industries, and the field of mental health is no exception. In recent years, AI has been increasingly used to develop personalized mental health interventions for individuals with borderline personality disorder (BPD). BPD is a mental health condition characterized by unstable moods, relationships, and self-image. It affects approximately 1.6% of the population, and individuals with BPD often struggle with emotional regulation, impulsivity, and self-harm.
Traditionally, BPD has been treated with psychotherapy, medication, or a combination of both. However, these treatments are not always effective, and many individuals with BPD continue to struggle with their symptoms.
