AI and Language Preservation in Indigenous Communities

Indigenous languages are an integral part of the cultural heritage of many communities around the world. However, the number of speakers of these languages is rapidly declining, and many of them are at risk of becoming extinct. This is a serious concern, as the loss of a language means the loss of a unique way of understanding the world, as well as the loss of cultural identity and knowledge.

One of the challenges in preserving indigenous languages is the lack of resources and infrastructure. Many of these languages are not widely spoken, and there are often few materials available for language learning and preservation.
