The Dallas Cowboys have been among the favorites to win Super Bowl LII all offseason, but the six-game suspension of Ezekiel Elliott has really put a damper on their hopes of hoisting the Lombardi Trophy - at least in the eyes of Vegas oddsmakers.
BookMaker.eu has moved Dallas' odds of winning to Super Bowl from roughly 11/1 (+1140) to 13/1 (+1300) following the suspension, given them only the sixth best odds at a championship. While they do expect Elliott's suspension to be reduced to four games, that will not significantly impact their Super Bowl odds.
The defending champion New England Patriots enter the season as the favorites to repeat, which shouldn't come as a surprise after they added several key players in the offseason, including cornerback Stephon Gilmore and wide receiver Brandin Cooks.
