The Buffalo Bills rookie punter and two of his college teammates were accused of the rape of a 17-year-old high school student in a lawsuit filed in San Diego.
The Buffalo Bills rookie punter, Matt Araiza, was accused, along with two teammates at San Diego State, of the rape of a 17 year-old girl at a party off campus in October. According to a lawsuit filed on Thursday in San Diego Superior Court, Araiza, who was 21 at the time of the incident, knew the girl was in high school and could see she was intoxicated.
