While it’s too early in his career to write him off completely, it’s not too early to say Brock Osweiler has played badly. We’ve had the bulk of an entire season starting for the Houston Texans (not counting the starts with the Denver Broncos), which is plenty to see whether Houston got what they paid for.
As of this week, Osweiler is dead last in Quarterback Rating, No. 25 in ESPN’s QBR, has thrown 13 interceptions compared to 12 touchdowns, has the 24th most passing yards by a starter (2,307), is 32nd in yards per game and those 13 interceptions tie him with Blake Bortles and Ryan Fitzpatrick for the most picks in the NFL.
