Houston Texans star C.J. Stroud said he has benefited from the "brotherhood" of Black quarterbacks as he continues to develop in the NFL.
Stroud said on Kevin Hart's Cold As Balls video series that "we help one another" in terms of past and present Black QBs providing guidance.
"Michael Vick has been one of the main ones and somebody [who] was my favorite quarterback, one of the reasons I wear No. 7," he said beginning at the 7:15 mark. "Cam Newton has reached out, Jalen Hurts, Patrick Mahomes. Justin Fields, who I played with at Ohio State, has helped me out a ton.
