As what amounts to our "lead prospect writer" on staff, I think it is important to look at what has and hasn't worked in the past so we can inform our evaluations of the future. Every year, we make a list of the top 25 prospects in the NFL who have not been drafted in the first two rounds and have not hit a certain figure of starts or snaps. (This definition has changed as snap counts became more readily available.) This will be the first in a series of articles looking at our old lists.
