Carolina's quest for Super Bowl 50 will continue on without Thomas Davis.
The Panthers All-Pro linebacker left Sunday's NFC Championship Game against the Cardinals with a right arm injury. Carolina quickly ruled him out, along with veteran safety Roman Harper, who suffered a first-half eye injury.
Davis was hurt during a second-quarter pass attempt by Arizona's Carson Palmer. The veteran linebacker held his arm as he walked off to the locker room and was later seen on the sideline with his arm in a sling.
