The eighth pick in the 2013 draft hasn’t done much in his two NFL seasons to justify that status. In his third season, receiver Tavon Austin hopes that things will change.
Austin believes that whether it does hinges on whether he gets the ball as much as he’d like to.
“Basically, it depends on opportunity,” Austin recently said, via Elisabeth Meinecke of FOX Sports Midwest. “Last year, I didn’t have too many opportunities out there. Different offensive coordinator, different quarterback. I’m just thankful — things are working out in my favor right now and hopefully, everything just keeps going my way.
