But with potent offenses in the Packers and Seahawks taking the weekend off, fantasy owners are down a slew of stars at every fantasy position. That, coupled with a handful of dome games and more than half of the week's outdoor games featuring sub-50-degree temperatures and forecasted winds, makes for another important week of matchup plays.
