New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski is expected to miss his second consecutive game Sunday as he continues to recover from what the team is calling a chest injury, sources told ESPN's Dianna Russini on Wednesday.
Gronkowski, who suffered the injury against the Seattle Seahawks in Week 10, missed Sunday's game against the San Francisco 49ers and will not play this week against the New York Jets. Sources told ESPN that he's expected to return Dec. 4 against the Los Angeles Rams.
He has 25 receptions for 540 yards and three touchdowns this season.
