Tampa Bay Buccaneers outside linebacker Yaya Diaby suffered a Grade 2 MCL sprain in Sunday's 16-0 victory over the Atlanta Falcons, a source told NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.
Diaby sustained his injury in the first quarter. He is expected to miss time but should be back within a matter of weeks, the source told Rapoport.
Diaby has three sacks, six tackles for loss and six QB hits and an interception in eight games this season.
Selected in the third round of the 2023 draft by the Bucs, he has 22 sacks in his career.
The Buccaneers improved to 3-5 with their victory.
