The son of former NFL superstar Ray Lewis was reportedly “charged with third degree criminal sexual conduct on Friday,” per WPDE.com.
The report cited warrants and said the 20-year-old Ray Anthony Lewis III “engaged in sexual battery” with an 18-year-old woman “while she was mentally incapacitated and/or physically helpless from the use of drugs and/or alcohol.”
The incident allegedly took place at an apartment on Jan. 23.
The police report cited in the WPDE.com story said a rape kit was performed. The case was brought to the 15th Circuit Solicitor’s Office to review, and police eventually sought out an arrest warrant for Ray Anthony Lewis III.
