Raiders’ Derek Carr injures finger on botched snap

Raiders quarterback Derek Carr appeared to dislocate his right pinky finger on a bad snap during Sunday’s game against the Panthers.

During the third quarter, Carr was unable to handle the snap, fumbling the ball, and his finger appeared to be well out of place afterward. He was taken to the locker room, and backup Matt McGloin took over.

CBS’s Tracy Wolfson reported on the broadcast that Carr was “screaming in pain” and trainers were unable to put his pinky back in place on the field, which is why he was taken back to the locker room.
