Prep football: Report says UW recruit Kayden Lyles likely moving to Madison area

Scottsdale Saguaro (Arizona) High School junior offensive lineman Kayden Lyles, a University of Wisconsin recruit, is expected to play his senior season in high school football in Wisconsin, according to a report by the Arizona Republic.

Scottsdale Saguaro football coach Jason Mohns said it is a strong possibility Lyles will play his senior season in Wisconsin because of his father’s expected job transfer to Madison, according to the report on azcentral.com, the Republic’s website.

Which high school the 6-foot-3, 290-pound Lyles might attend wasn’t listed.

Lyles committed to UW in October.

Senior quarterback Kare’ Lyles – Kayden’s brother – is finishing his high school requirements this month and enrolling at UW for the spring semester to get a jump on his college career, according to the report.
