The Minnesota Vikings were looking like the best team in the NFC just three weeks ago. But they have now dropped three games in a row and appear to be reeling with the resignation of offensive coordinator Norv Turner. That was before a flat performance at home in a loss to the Lions and two games in a row where the defense that was so fierce early has collapsed late the last two weeks.
This week they travel to Washington where that club is also feeling some pain as they’ve suffered a loss and a tie the last two weeks after a four game win streak following their 0-2 start to the season, and now have to overcome a four-game suspension to their best player, left offensive tackle Trent Williams.
