OFI: The SEC's Pecking Order Hasn't Changed, But the Big 12's Sure Has

"Fairy tales do not tell children the dragons exist. Children already know that dragons exist. Fairy tales tell children the dragons can be killed."

-- G.K. Chesterton

The Big 12 learned this weekend that dragons can be killed. Both Oklahoma and Texas were upset by unranked teams, and the conference's landscape looks dramatically different from the last few years. In the SEC, though, there were no fairytales. Top teams Alabama and Georgia and upstart contender Florida all reminded opponents of the pecking order in dominant victories. Clemson, too, showed no interest in children's tales, beating Virginia soundly at home on Saturday night.
