Without any major upsets from Michigan State, Utah, Washington State, or South Carolina, the playoff race is essentially unchanged -- especially because of how close Ohio State and Michigan looked. When the College Football Playoff rankings are released on Tuesday night, there's a decent probability that the Wolverines, who lost in double-overtime on the road at Ohio State, are still ranked in the top four this week, in front of Washington. Next week's conference championships could shake things up, but as it stands now, the playoff race is still wide-open despite favorites in Alabama, Ohio State, Washington, and Clemson.
