NFL Power Rankings Poll, Week 6: Panthers Trending Up, Steelers Bottoming Out?

Thank goodness for the consistency in the top-two and bottom-two spots of the poll, because the rest of the NFL is a jumbled mess. And the rash of injuries—Houston sunk after losing two stars, the Raiders can’t compete at home without Derek Carr, the Titans set offensive football back two decades with Marcus Mariota out, and the Giants lose Odell Beckham Jr., making them Eli Manning plus the practice squad—have altered many a season.

Carolina Panthers (16th to seventh): After watching them get trounced at home by New Orleans and lose Greg Olsen in Week 3, I was thinking I could get a couple friends together some weekend, and we could knock back a few Keystone Lights then go beat the Panthers on a neutral field.
