The Baltimore Ravens fired coach John Harbaugh after 18 seasons, becoming the seventh team to dismiss its head coach during the 2025 NFL season.
The Arizona Cardinals, Las Vegas Raiders, Cleveland Browns and Atlanta Falcons also fired their head coaches after Week 18, letting go of Jonathan Gannon, Pete Carroll, Kevin Stefanski and Raheem Morris, respectively. The Tennessee Titans and New York Giants made changes earlier in the season.
