The NFL has finally made the full announcement of the 15 players, coaches, and contributors who will be part of a special expanded Hall of Fame class in 2020. Donnie Shell means an astonishing FIVE members of the Pittsburgh Steelers 1974 rookie class are now Hall of Famers, although Shell was undrafted. Paul Tagliabue is probably the most controversial selection because of the league's treatment of concussions during his time as commissioner.
