Former Washington quarterback Michael Penix Jr. wasn't impressed with his 40-yard dash time of 4.46 seconds at the school's pro day on Thursday.
"Should've been a 4.4," Penix Jr. said afterwards in an interview with ESPN (1:12 mark).
When asked about his overall performance at Washington's pro day, he wasn't overjoyed with the results although he was satisfied with everything that he was able to showcase in front of scouts.
"Not as good as I wanted to, but I felt good," Penix Jr. explained. "I felt like I've done better in different scenarios, but I'm blessed.
