Just when San Diego Chargers fans thought the situation was over, Las Vegas Mayor Carolyn Goodman reopened the idea of the team relocating away from its current home.
In an interview on The Dan Patrick Show on Thursday (via CBS Sports' John Breech), Goodman admitted the Chargers could be an option for Las Vegas as it looks to add an NFL team:
"I know they're absolutely looking to move," she said. "My husband and I have had season tickets to the Chargers for the past 30-plus years, and I would love [for them to move here].
