Lamar Jackson Misses Ravens Practice with Illness; Expected to Start vs. Bengals

Baltimore Ravens starting quarterback Lamar Jackson missed Thursday's practice with an illness, according to Nick Shook of NFL.com, although colleague Tom Pelissero added that it isn't a serious condition and isn't expected to keep him out of Sunday's matchup at the Cincinnati Bengals.

We’ll know more on why #Ravens QB Lamar Jackson isn’t practicing when the injury report comes in a couple hours, but my understanding is he’s been sick, it’s nothing serious and it won’t impact his availability for Sunday’s game against the #Bengals. @nflnetwork https://t.co/GfXWQcjV2h

That's good news for the Ravens, who are battling for the top overall seed in the AFC postseason race.
