TMZ Sports obtained the police report filed by a Fort Lauderdale officer, which states Misi and his friends were involved in "an altercation with another group" around 3:41 a.m. ET when Misi and some members of his group "charged toward the nightclub entrance [at the other group]."
The officer's report then notes that he "witnessed Misi strike [the victim] in the head, causing him to fall to the ground."
After the altercation, the officer noted that he was able to bring Misi to the ground and ordered him to remain down while he took care of the victim at which point Misi attempted to run before the officer "executed a leg sweep to bring him to the ground.
