Knile Davis Released by Packers: Latest Comments and Reaction

The Green Bay Packers have reportedly released running back Knile Davis after just two weeks with the team, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.

Green Bay acquired the 25-year-old from the Kansas City Chiefs on Oct. 18 in exchange for a conditional draft pick. Davis totaled only five rushing yards on five carries in his two games with his new team.

Don Jackson and fullback Aaron Ripkowski become the only healthy running backs on the Packers roster.
