Junior Galette Suspended: Latest Details, Comments and Reaction

The NFL suspended Washington Redskins linebacker Junior Galette two games after authorities charged the 27-year-old in a domestic violence incident in January. ESPN.com's Adam Schefter first reported the news Monday.

According to Mike Jones of the Washington Post, the suspension amounts to a fine of two game checks for Galette since he'll already miss the entire year after tearing his Achilles in August.

Police in Kenner, Louisiana, arrested Galette for domestic violence/simple battery on Jan. 5, and Galette's cousin, Terrance Banks, was also arrested on a simple battery charge.
