The Jets have the N.F.L.’s best defense against the run. Buffalo has the league’s best rushing offense. Even without running back LeSean McCoy, who will sit out because of a knee injury, the Bills have Karlos Williams, Mike Gillislee and quarterback Tyrod Taylor, who combined for 236 yards last week against Dallas.
