Freeman, Colts 'Aren't Close' in Negotiations
Thursday, March 10
Chris Hagan of Fox59 reported the buzz on Freeman's future, noting "negotiations with [Freeman] are not going well. Parties aren't close." The 29-year-old should garner a fair amount of interest on the open market after recording 112 combined tackles, three sacks and an interception in 13 games last season.
Freeman was brought aboard in 2012 during general manager Ryan Grigson's first year at the helm.
